Okay you guys, obviously the snow is gong to keep coming. No one wants to leave their house in this weather, am I right? What better way to stay warm and entertained by baking some hot, gooey cookies to enjoy all throughout the week? This week I am going to share some of my most favorite cookie recipes. I honestly shouldn’t be sharing these recipes because they are just so darn good but I’ll do anything for a fellow foodie lover and of course anything for my supporters!

So here is five days of cookies 😀

If you would like to learn a little bit more about what Tori does and who she is,

Day 1

THE GOOIEST EXTRA CHOCOLATY CHIP COOKIES EVER
First lets start off by my KILLER chocolate chip cookie recipe. Not to toot my own horn, but I’ve had people lined up for these bad boys and SO MANY people tell me I really shouldn’t be sharing a recipe so good but here I go again …

THE GOOIEST EXTRA CHOCOLATY CHIP COOKIES EVER (I’m a cookie w**** get over it ) RECIPE: (You’re welcome , this is an adaptation of my Reese’s peanut butter cup recipe , it’s just a solid , good cookie base for any flavor) 8 tablespoons of salted butter 1/2 cup white sugar 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 egg 1 1/2 cups shy all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 shy cups semi sweet chocolate chips (processed in food processor until the chips look sandy , this helps the chocolaty ness of the cookie) HOW TO PUT THIS ISH TOGETHER Using a stand mixer or electric beaters, beat the butter with the sugars until creamy. Add the vanilla and the egg; beat on low speed until just incorporated – 10-15 seconds or so (if you beat the egg for too long, the cookies will be stiff). Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until crumbles form. Then add the chocolate chips , you can u a 2oz scoop and place them on a cookie sheet , bake at 350 for 8 min or so depending on your oven (all ovens are different as are humans … get it HA) NOW PUT THAT S*** IN YOUR MOUTH AND EAT IT Thanks as always @torimcgeehon #foodie #food #foodporn #foodblogger #instafood #igfood #foodlove #foodgasm #goodeats #eats #chef #cheflife #kitchen #thicc #bloggerlife #blog #snack #nom #tagtheqc #cookies #bake #chocolate #chocolatechip #gooey #quadcities

Day 2

KITCHEN SINK COOKIES
These Kitchen Sink cookies could be one of my favorite baked goodies of all times. The combination of salty and sweet always has me coming back for more. The cool thing about this recipe is most of these ingredients you might already have lying around at home. If you don’t, you can always play with the recipe and add new ingredients!

Crazy people that’s who, okay and maybe those who have nut allergies ** weirdos** , okay okay okay not weird but I do feel REALLY BAD for those who can’t enjoy the delights that peanut butter brings. Day 4

BROOKIE COOKIES
Picture it: a glorious brownie and gooey chocolate chip cookie have a baby…. sounds amazing and weird at the same time … but I promise the outcome is mouth watering. Not to mention, if you share these cookies (not that you will want to) people are going to think they came from a 5 star bakery when really they came right from your kitchen !

BROOKIE COOKIES ???? (A brownie and a cookie that had a baby , magic) RECIPE : BROWNIE COOKIE 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1 1/2 cups plus 2 tbs all-purpose flour 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 14 tablespoons butter 1 3/4 cups packed dark brown sugar 1 tbs vanilla extract 1/2 tsp salt 1 large egg plus 1 egg 1 cup mini chocolate chips CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE 8 tablespoons of salted butter 1/2 cup white sugar 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 egg 1 1/2 cups shy all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 shy cups semi sweet chocolate chips HOW TO PUT THIS ISH TOGETHER So in two separate bowls you going to mix the cookies the same way , creaming butter and sugar until light and fluffy , then adding eggs , vanilla, then add all dry ingredients and once that comes together add the chips and let rotate a couple times until those are mixed in . So I then rolled out each dough into about a 12” log then twisted the two logs together (a large open twist not tight) then using a 2 oz scoop just hacked away at the log . I baked at 350*F until the edges looked brown on the outside & nice and crispy.
